Temporary Residence Program

At TNI Immigration Consulting, we provide you with all the information you need on Canadian Temporary Residency Programs for long-term immigration including:

Study Permit

If you’re planning to take advantage of Canada’s world-class educational opportunities by enrolling in a college or university, you’ll first need an offer of admission from your chosen institution and a study permit to enter and study in Canada.

Students who intend to pursue a program lasting more than six months are required to obtain a valid study permit. However, many applicants find the process challenging due to the number of documents and eligibility conditions involved. Applications may be refused if information is incomplete or requirements are not met — but in many cases, decisions can be appealed or reconsidered successfully.

At TNI Immigration, our team provides expert guidance in assessing your eligibility, preparing your study permit application, or assisting with an appeal in case of refusal. Contact us today to begin your study journey in Canada with confidence.

Work Permit

Work in Canada: Unlock Global Career Opportunities
Canada’s strong and diverse economy offers exceptional prospects for professional growth, making it a top destination for foreign workers seeking rewarding employment opportunities. However, before you can legally work in Canada, you must obtain proper authorization—working without a valid permit can lead to serious consequences.

Foreign nationals who wish to work temporarily in Canada must secure a work permit. There are several pathways to obtaining one: some require a valid job offer from a Canadian employer, others may need a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), while certain categories are eligible based on an existing connection to Canada, such as prior education or experience.

The process and requirements vary depending on the type of work permit you apply for. At TNI Immigration, we provide professional guidance on eligibility, exemption criteria, and the complete application process. Contact us today to explore your options for working in Canada.

Visitors Visa

Explore Canada with a Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa)

A Visitor Visa, officially known as a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), allows foreign nationals to travel to and enter Canada legally. If you are from a country that is not visa-exempt, you will need a TRV—whether your purpose is tourism, studying, temporary work, or visiting family and friends.

Canada issues two types of visitor visas: Single-Entry and Multiple-Entry.
* A Single-Entry Visa permits one-time entry into Canada and is typically granted under specific circumstances.

* A Multiple-Entry Visa allows you to enter and leave Canada freely during the validity period, making it the preferred and most common option for applicants.

If you’re planning a trip to Canada and need assistance with your Visitor Visa application, the experts at TNI Immigration are here to help you navigate every step of the process. Contact us today to get started.

Caregiver Program

The Caregiver Program is designed specifically for those caregivers interested in immigrating to Canada. Two new pilot programs for caregivers are recently put in place and open for applications. These programs called The Home Child Care Provider, and Home Support Worker will allow foreign caregivers who come for work in Canada to have a more straightforward path to permanent residence in Canada.

There are several benefits that caregivers will get as a result of these two programs, but they are required to fulfill specific criteria when they apply. This program gives the spouse and children of the applicant visas and permits to live in Canada.

H & C Application

Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) Applications.

A Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) Application is a special pathway that allows certain individuals in Canada who may not have legal immigration status to apply for permanent residency based on exceptional personal circumstances.

This program is designed to consider the unique hardships faced by applicants and their strong ties to Canada.

Eligibility for an H&C application may be influenced by several factors, including:

* Having close family connections with Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

* Education or work experience in Canada, even without valid permits.

* Demonstrated community involvement or volunteer work.

* Financial stability, such as savings or property in Canada.

* Social and cultural integration into Canadian society

If you are currently in Canada without proper status but have established meaningful roots and contributions, an H&C application could provide you with a path to remain in Canada permanently. TNI Immigration can guide you through this sensitive and complex process with professionalism and care.

Refugee

Refugee Protection in Canada
Canada provides refugee protection to individuals who are in Canada or arriving at a Canadian border and fear persecution or serious harm if they return to their home country. Those who face threats such as torture, risk to life, or cruel and unusual treatment or punishment may be eligible to apply for protection under Canada’s refugee program.

To qualify, applicants must demonstrate a well-founded fear of persecution based on factors such as race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group. Refugee claims can be made inside Canada or at an official port of entry.

The refugee application process can be complex and sensitive, requiring careful preparation and representation. At TNI Immigration, we offer compassionate guidance and professional assistance to help you understand your options, prepare your claim, and navigate every stage of the process. Contact us today to discuss your refugee application or learn more about your rights and protections in Canada.
